INES Solutions is working under the aegis of skill development program formulated by Government of India. INES Solutions has been formulated with the cooperation in the from of Registration in Govt. of NCT of Delhi ,Ministry of Labour and Employment ,Govt. of India. This body has been facilitated with Copyright Office in the domain of a professional institute ruled by Ministry of Human Resource & Development ,Govt .of India .The Ministry of Micro small and Medium Enterprise ,Govt. of India has given us the registration as an Aadhar Memorandum to ensure quality services in small and medium Scale Industries in rural and semi urban areas. All India Information Technology, has been associated with INES Solutions for IT Literacy and “Digital India” campaign .INES Solutions has been Certified as an NBQP Member with Quality Council of India for its promotion as a Professional Institute providing skill training as per the norms and guidelines followed by Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship , Govt. of India. INES Solutions has been endorsed with Collaborative Training Program with MSDE, Govt. of India.
The “Skill India” mission which has been started by Hon ’ble Prime Ministry of India Shri Narendra Modi Shri Pratap Singh Rudy, Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship has been implemented with the help of various kinds of Projects, Schemes run by different government departments. To accomplish this mission successfully the work has been segmented into Councils, Training Partners & Assessment Partners.
INES Solutions takes care of Vocational Training Centres (VTC) and the students getting trained in those centres. In the survey of these centres it was found that, after the completion of training VTC don’t issue a diploma/certificate to the trained candidate which does not recognize the candidate. The practices are implemented due to lack of awareness in the society. In this context, INES has taken intiative of filling this skill gap. INES has launched Scheme named” skill Assessment & Certification Project.”
The Mission of INES Solutions is to fill skill gap prevailing in Informal Sector and unorganized Market in India. Since its inception ,INES Solutions is primarily engaged in the areas of skill development and training, development of models and teaching methodologies to strengthen the non formal education sector, services dissemination across semi urban and rural, all of which are aimed at achieving an objective of addressing the skill gaps pertinent to the emerging needs of rapidly growing economy.
Under INES Solutions ,trainees with prior experience or skills and competencies will be assessed. This will be an important step towards recognizing the skills possesses by workers in the informal sector and their inclusion. This will also facilitate the process of skill upgrading and re-skilling of the existing workforce. The focus of INES Solutions would be on those job-roles/sector in which it is mot desired and it will be accompanied with a strong advocacy campaign to promote a paradigm shift in the labour market to make skill training to standards aspirational.
